Booth entry fee: For profit - $125;

Non-profit $50

Food Trucks: For profit - $150;

Non-profit $50 

Late submissions: June 27 - 30, 2026

will have an extra $25.00 charge

Applicants must set up in the Fernley Out-of-Town Park by 10 AM on July 4th (check-in starts at 7:00 AM at the vendor check-in table). Vendors may begin setting up between 2 PM and 7 PM on the 3rd; however, there is no security provided. In the event an applicant fails to occupy the assigned space by the agreed-upon time, the applicant will forfeit all right to booth space and all payments received.
