Before the Parade starts, start your day off with a Breakfast hosted by the Mason's! Breakfast will be served starting at 7:00am to 10:00am. The Mason Lodge is located at:


Off of North West St, Fernley

 ($7 per person or $20 for 4)

There will also be a raffel held during the breakfast

The parade gets started at 10:00am down Main St. starting at East st (the light at 95A and Main Street) and ending at Lois Lane.

Each year there are more and more entries into the parade including, classic cars, horses, color guards, floats, cheerleaders, bands and
lots more!


And kids, don't forget your bags to fill with all the candy that the parade entries just may pass out to you!

Parade Entries are judged using the

following criteria:


Judging Guidelines for Trophies:


Each entry will be judged on a scale of 1 – 10 in the following areas:


Theme – how well does the entry meet the theme “America's Independence is Battle Born”; including decorations, signs and group attire.


Crowd involvement – are the participants engaging the crowd in any way (music, chants, candy, etc...)


Judges Performance – if your entry has a performance for the judges, additional points will be awarded (cannot be longer than 1 min or points will be deducted.)


Spirit – are the participants excited to be there (smiling, waving, etc...)


Trophies will be awarded as stated on application.  They will not be mailed, but may be picked up locally after the 4th (must arrange pickup with Grandstand Chair.)


All winners will be announced at the park during the trophy presentation, anyone not at the park will be contacted and offered a time and location for pick up.


Only 1st place winners receive a trophy (one trophy per entry), 2nd and 3rd place will receive a ribbon (1 per entry.)
